Note:

When adding an Anti-Scale Filter, any KDF should be used and placed before the Anti-Scale to work correctly.

Clear filter housing is recommended to be replaced once a year.

White filter housing is recommended to be replaced once every 2 years.

    Bad casing for this system

    Placed our unit in and it leaked all over underneath our kitchen sink. I took it back so they could check it. The lady there said they were using new casings. Then took it and did a pressure test. They found it was leaking and needed to put more teflon tape in it. I really dont''t know how long it will last so I''m keeping an eye on it and my cabinet door open under the sink. If it fails again I''m taking it back for a refund. This was my first time buying their prefilter system so this was definitely a disappointment.

    looks very good and everything is in the package to connect them you don't need anything else. they also look very well made.

    Great Customer Service

    When I decided to purchase my Kangen K8, IonFaucet has everything I needed. They were able to recommend a pre filter set up based on water samples from my local area. When I called about a more complex set up, they were able to recommend exactly what I needed based on what machine I purchased and what I wanted to do in my home. Very helpful with reasonable prices.     Completely perfect water system

    This filtration system was the final touch for my Kangen water system. I feel so completely relieved to have the best water on the planet to drink. It now has everything I need for complete hydration and absolutely nothing that I don't want. This was easy to install and flush...it only took about 15 minutes all told and the instructions were clear and simple to follow.
