I am still waiting for the response that was sent out last Mar 23 because of the delayed delivery that I paid for expedited transaction/shipping.

Hi IonFaucet /Dawn,
I tried to call your office last Mar. 21st because of the scheduled delivery and installation, however, when I checked the FedEx shipping information it was scheduled as Monday Mar. 23 instead of Saturday March 21st.
For us the meet the installation deadline that scheduled scheduled Mar. 21 I paid for an expedited shipping cost of $50+ but it did not happen, can I ask your assistance to recover the additional shipping cost please?
