When I purchased my Kangen water system, it was suggested that I purchase an Ion Faucet to use separately from our main faucet so the could be used simultaneously. Best decision for us!
I have a mixed review-faucet is what I needed-works perfect-The directions sent should be better-got 3 Stage Filtration System-perfect-piece of paper sent as directions to install absolutely lousy-could have left that piece of paper out-downloadable one a waste of time-customer service horrible-prices for 2 of the filters in the Filtration system very expensive-I hope they are worth it-they sent the recommendation for my area-If I can trust that recommendation-I am reviewing the Filtration system here also because this site WILL NOT allow me to edit the other review Even though I keep getting a message that I can-Well-you can't-Another strike for company-At the end of the day, the actual products (Faucet & Filtration System) excellent If you don't have to talk with anyone in customer service, you can't go wrong. And the directions that are sent with the products for installation purposes, well those are a joke.
I couldnt find anything like that in Canada. I m so happy I got it . My kitchen look amazing now
