HEX NIPPLE - 1/4"

As always Ion Faucet comes through! These are exactly what I needed.Very easy to install.Easy to work with everyone @ Ion Faucet!

I believe $16+ total cost for two hex nipples that sell for under $3 each is extremely overpriced. It took multiple calls and miscommunication since March to get what I needed. They failed to ship a nipple to connect the filters & I believe charged me for a whole system when I only needed one canister with filter and one replacement filter. An employee admitted (Dawn) that the other female forgot to order my part after I called and noticed it was not in the box. I was accused of not looking thoroughly in the box. This company needs some customer relations training.
