I would suggest that you make it more clear on your website that these need to be replaced every 2 to 4 years. I've had my machine for 8 years and nobody ever told me to replace them. Now that I have, my water tastes so much better!

The thread pattern changed - never explained Had a plumber come back and install a competitors 3 stage unit. Never used your product. Spoke to my upline about order takers in your firm vs. someone that would address my issue.

I didn't receive the "Hose" in my package and I'm still looking forward to receive it
