3/8 JG X FEMALE FAUCET CONNECTOR

The product Female Faucet Connector works fine if you only hand tighten when installing under your sink. The mistake we made using a wrench and tightened it to hard and the plastic piece broke. Of course had to reorder this product only thru Ionfaucet because it is a specialty product. All is ok now. The cost for the product was cheap but not the shipping.

The Shipping cost of around $30 on a $4 item was a shock. Can you not find a better way of shipping?

I called you about my problem and you immediately corrected it and sent me what I needed .I thank you for your concern and I will order from your company again.
