Note:
When adding an Anti-Scale Filter, any KDF should be used and placed before the Anti-Scale to work correctly.

Good filters, terrible housing
Finally replaced my filters but in the process the housing came apart. It was impossible to unscrew the filter covers so I had to remove the base. Now one of the joints doesn’t screw in and the entire thing leaks. I took it to a local shop that has this brand and they were baffled. I’m sure there’s user error from trying to get it apart to replace the filter, but I’ve been struggling for weeks to get the housing off so I could replace the filters. Really irritated and disappointed because now I can’t use my water machine, have to have the water shut off and call a plumber all because the design makes it impossible to replace on your own. The store owner said he just orders new housing ea CB time because it’s too difficult to replace. Seems like a bad and wasteful design to make it so difficult you need to hire a preofessional or pay for all new housing every time you want to replace your filter.
