Great Customer Service
When I decided to purchase my Kangen K8, IonFaucet has everything I needed. They were able to recommend a pre filter set up based on water samples from my local area. When I called about a more complex set up, they were able to recommend exactly what I needed based on what machine I purchased and what I wanted to do in my home. Very helpful with reasonable prices. I highly recommend!

Filtration System
I love the system it is great. I could tell the differance immediatly. Easy to install. The only bad experience is that I paid for 3 day delivery and got 4 days delivery not real happy with UPS delivery system but not your fault. Maybe you should consider using Fed X

Filter System Review
I am glad I made this purchase. This cleaned up the flavor and purity of my water far better than my old prefilter system. I have it hooked up to my Enagic SD501. The quality of my water increased since my water ionizes much better now. I also get excellent flow rate thru IonFaucets''s prefilters as well. I would recommend this to others.

Good system
Does a great job here in mexico filtering out all the particles I need it to! Just make sure you don''t tighten the chamber on to tight because it restricts flow tremendously and causes problems with the water going to the machine.
