5 Micron Carbon Block Filter Cartridge 2.5" x 10"
Carbon filtration is an effective way to remove chemicals and contaminants commonly found in tap water. These carbon block cartridges are an excellent choice for taste and odor control, chlorine reduction. Each block is manufactured using coconut shell carbon and wrapped with a polypropylene outer layer and netting to prevent premature clogging of the carbon block.
Contaminant Reduction:
Reduces other chemicals and contaminants in addition to common particulates. Chlorine taste and odor reduction based on NSF/ANSI Standard 42.
Premium Fine Mesh Coconut Shell Carbon Standard:
Activated coconut carbon for purest filtration.
Low Pressure Drop:
Unique flow-through construction offers lower pressure drop than traditional cartridges.

These filters are the best!
These are the best filters, and I have told all my down line people to order their filters from Ion Faucet! They do a better job of filtering, are less expensive and last longer!!! I will always get my filters from Ion Faucet and continue to spread the WORD!!! Thank you, Diane Barfield

Clear and pure
When I removed the spent 5 Micron Sediment + Carbon Block filter and saw all the dirt and sediment it had removed from our water I was amazed. I didn't think that our municipal water source could be so contaminated. As I put the new one in the filter housing I was glad to know it does its job very effectively.

Water filter cartridge
Great filter, we use it in our "3 Stage Below Counter Filtration System". We have used this system for nearly 4 years now. It filters our water, taking toxins and fluoride out of our cold water leaving it crystal clear, fresh smell and tastes great! Changing the filters is a breeze. We would highly recommend this system!
