3 Micron Sediment Filter 2.5" x 10"
These string wound cartridge are a cost-effective filtration solution ideal for residential, commercial, and industrial applications. With its true depth filtration, high dirt holding capacity, and extremely low media migration makes the 3 micron seditment filter a great solution for the reduction of sand, silt, rust, dirt, and scale particles. This filter provides longer cartridge life without altering the efficiency of the filter element. Tests have shown that our Dual Wound Sediment Filter has resulted in 3 times the normal filter life with equal or superior efficiency over single micron rated elements.

One issue: Please check my order and let me know if I'm correct, but I ordered TWO (2)extra sediment filters and I only received ONE along with my order. I've been so busy with my day job, getting my K8 set-up and working properly, and getting my Enagic business going I haven't made the time to call about this!

PURCHASE OF THIS FILTER
I ordered two of these on my orig order and this was sent because the orig packaging only had 1. When I contacted Ionfilter to address the error, I received a phone call from someone saying the rep who packed it said she put it in there. I told her it was not in there but I can't help but wonder if the person who called me perhaps thought I stole it? I mean, if I said it was missing cause it's so big you can't miss it and she's question that, did she think I stole it? Instead of saying I'm sorry we dropped a ball on that, I got a "hmmmm......are you suuuuurre it wasn't in there cause I swear we put it! So this buying experience was actually terrible and I'm still pretty bothered by it. It makes me never want to buy from you again. There's nothing worse that buying something only to have the company make you feel like you tried to steal from them when they made a big "boo boo"! Grr!

we were hoping you would have a discount sale that coincided with Enagic's filter sale in June, as you have had in the past, but were disappointed that you didn't... would be great if you could do so in December when Enagic also discounts their filters... LOL
