I needed this adapter for a PUR water filter and a new Delta Kitchen faucet
It would be helpful to include directions with the adapter. My plumber knew how to remove the piece on the Delta faucet and how to connect the adapter but I would have liked to connect it myself. I hope your company is reaching out to the PUR water filter company so that they can mention your adapter in their instruction guide.

Received a wrong item
I received a diverter instead of the adapter I ordered. I can't use my machine with the diverter.

adaptor for faucet
I called customer service to get an adaptor for the faucet and gave specific specifications and was sent one that did not fit. The item was just over $4 but shipping was more then $12. When I called back to explain this problem the only offer was to ship the $4 item back at my own expense. Not a very good solution to my problem.
