I was told by Ionfaucet that if I needed help installing my RO system to call and they would gladly guide me over the phone. I called 3 times and told the senior technician was busy and would call me back. No call back! I had a leak at the water feed supply and wanted to know if I had installed the angle stop valve correctly. No help! I ended up calling a plumber (another $125) to get his help to fix the leak. He said I probably need a new angle stop valve. I called Ionfaucet to order a new one that was over a week ago and still NO valve. The plumber's fix seems to be working, no leak, so I finished hooking up the RO lines and have a working system. I'm a little disappointed with the water pressure, but was told by Ionfaucet that is just the way it is with these systems. But I do have great tasting water now.
