Can’t be happier with the product and fresh clean sweet tasting Mountian water I get to enjoy from my home. It’s been a month!
I sent in my address to get a water report to see which filters I need and I still haven’t received a reply, I sent in another one 2 weeks ago and still nothing. I was going to try and just pick for myself but the names on these filter cartridges are not so straight forward. Hoping this review will get me a faster response

Easy buying experience
The filters that I bought are very high quality and are a great addition to my Enagic K8 Kangen Water machine. The only negative is the there were no in/out markers on the filter base to indicate water flow, which is very important when installing your pre-filter system. It is a great product all the same and is constructed very well.

Information Unclear / Not as High Quality as Hoped
After installing & running the water through for over 20 mins, my TDS reader reads over 150. This is the same reading I was getting before installing the unit, so it seems that nothing has changed. The filter came with one paper of instructions that was very hard to read (looked as though the ink was running out on the printer), and didn't contain all the information we needed for installation. The instructions said numerous times to refer to the pictures, but they were barely decipherable. I would suggest the company to print out high quality instructions with color photos and many more details. There was a lot of guesswork that needed to be done to complete installation. The filtration system ONLY hooks up to the cold water supply. That means that the water coming out of the faucet is only filtered if it is on the coldest setting. I was under the impression all of the water that would come out of my faucet would be filtered, and I wish this would be stated on the website.
