If the thread is smaller than 1/2" NPT, conversion adapters are recommended for an additional $10.00. Available sizes are in 3/8" NPT and M16 x 1.5 metric thread.
Unsure of what size you need?
Take your faucet sprayer head to a local hardware store to find the exact thread size.
Reversed or Standard?
- Water can only flow through the diverter valves in one direction either from male to female for the Standard Inline Diverter or female to male for the Reversed Inline Diverter. If the diverter pin does not remain out when the faucet is on full pressure, this means the incorrect diverter has been installed. (See faucet diagrams)
- The Reversed Inline Diverter will have a lined carving all around the circumference near the female end, while the Standard Inline Diverter will be solid all around.

Came on time but
One adapter did not fit

poor customer service
The diverter I purchased does not work for my faucet and customer service was of no help. I was told its because of my pressure but my pressure is very strong. The pin does not pop out, rather I have to hold it in order for the water to come out.

Final cost way too expensive
Shipping and brokerage charges to Canada were 3 times the price of the diverter, and during the purchase there is nothing that says that you will be charged brokerage fees. I haven't been able to install the part as it didn't fit in my faucet.

Requesting a refund on these attached parts received. Despite photos sent, parts did not fit. As a result, we had to purchase another new faucet; something we were hoping to avoid

Relatively inexpensive solution to hook up my kangen machine to an odd shaped faucet.

Did not fit my newer faucet - Shipping costs high
Ordered it thinking it would solve my Kangen Water Machine issues of not haveing access at my kitchen sink. Unfortunately, it did not fit. This after paying an exorbitant shipping fee of almost $12. Shipping is a rip off.

Wrong piece
A few photos of my faucet were sent to ENSURE I would be ordering the correct diverter, only to find out that it was NOT correct!

Doesn't fit... Threads are to sharp
Extremely unhappy with the whole transaction process... From shipping to brokerage fee, to it not fitting... I don't think I'll be recommending any of my teams use this site EVER. I wish I could be a little softer with the message but how can you be happy when the parts don't screw on?
