Very Satisfied!
I recently purchased an Enagic Kangen Water machine and it came with multiple diverters but NONE of them worked. I was really frustrated, but then they recommended IonFaucet. I emailed with a rep a few times, who was very prompt and helpful in his responses. Long story short, my new diverter is stainless steel, very easy to install, and looks so much better visually than the clunky plastic one that came with my machine. Great purchase, highly recommended!
