My shopping experience leaves a lot to be desired. First off the shipping department sent the wrong diverter. I ordered the one for the kitchen faucet but received the inline shower head diverter. After speaking to a very helpful and insightful customer service agent, who figured out what and why, the correct diverter was reordered. But two weeks later, I still haven't received it. Wanted just a diverter not full kit. Ordered two and found they aren't the same as the kit. Tried to get this straightened out and never got a reply to the photos sent. Need better photos and precise differences stated. As I look over the website I do not find the item I need. Ordered two diverters, paid shipping and they aren't right...no choice of two different styles on website.

The diverter valve I bought was delivered on a timely basis and it worked with my water ionizer perfectly. Good design, turns easy, fast connect and good pressure.

IonFaucet has very good communications. They make good quality products. The one thing that is hard is the shipping costs. Very high.
