They sent me the wrong diverter
My shopping experience leaves a lot to be desired. First off the shipping department sent the wrong diverter. I ordered the one for the kitchen faucet but received the inline shower head diverter. After speaking to a very helpful and insightful customer service agent, who figured out what and why, the correct diverter was reordered. But two weeks later, I still haven't received it. wrong diverter
Wanted just a diverter not full kit. Ordered two and found they aren't the same as the kit. Tried to get this straightened out and never got a reply to the photos sent. Need better photos and precise differences stated. As I look over the website I do not find the item I need. Ordered two diverters, paid shipping and they aren't right...no choice of two different styles on website.
