This IonAdapter has a male 55/64"-27 in. thread on the bottom and a Universal External Adapter to 55/64"-27 UNS. This product is constructed of rubber for durability and reliability. Hose clamp and male threads are made with lead free brass material which has passed by NSF42 standard and also meets California new required AB-1953 Standard.

Universal flexible adapter
This is a must have adapter if you ever travel with your Kangen machine or do demo's. Quick to slip over the aerator and tighten with a dime. I've even used it on a square aerator in a hotel. The Enagic or Ionfaucet metal diverter will attach right to this device.

Fits a smaller faucet when needed

Broke after 1 day
The item came after 4 days. Installation without problem but after 1 day. The adapter was broken and tear too big. I did contact support service but still getting nothing like 3 days already.

I had an emergency plumbing issue that required an adapter. IONfaucet came to my rescue, late Friday, and the part arrived on the morning of Monday, two days later! I was elated! By noon the item was working better than ever! Thank you IONfaucet for great service and product!

Awesome product
The adapter worked great. I wanted to slip it over an existing faucet head, so I removed the black liner from inside the adapter and it slipped on perfectly. IONfaucet's service is second to none.

My review
I am satisfied with the product. I am unsatisfied with the time in which it took to receive the product. Your website said it would take 2 business days to receive. 5 days passed and I reached out and didn't get a response for 24 hours. When they finally responded to me they told me it takes 2 days to process and it was still in California. It ended up taking me a over a week to get the product. You should be more forthcoming on your site to set the right expectations for your clients. The product was fine.
