The lid doesn't fit properly. Needs to be forced in and the metal/tin around the cork portion has become detached. Poorly fitting and poorly glued. The bottle is fine. Classy. The blue lid doesn't match and doesn't fit properly.

I order one bottle online but received the wrong one. I called and your rep suggested I email a copy of my receipt and a picture of e item I received. A few days later I received the original item that was on my order. Your rep went above and beyond. Thank you so much

I love this bottles
They are amazing! had been using them for years now and although is glass none of them had broken. They look fancy and we keep them in our home or for demos on the go.
