4 stage filtration
Very please with the product. It is rugged and well built and was easy to install. Plus knowing I am using the quality filters from ion faucet make all the difference to me. Glad I made this purchase

Consistent Alkaline Water Production. Finally!
Prior to hooking this system up, it was VERY difficult to consistently produce alkaline water, and I'm sure it was using up the K8 filter much faster than anyone would want. It's not PERFECT, but considering how horribly acidic and inconsistent my well water is,it was my only option. All of that being said, it's doing the job as advertised! It will be interesting to see how the filters look inside the cartridges once I start replacing them and cleaning the inside. Thanks! Please and again - review my order total as I only received ONE extra sediment filter and believe I rodered and paid for TWO of them!!!

We are pleased with the product so far. Our plumber put it in with no issue and it works well with our Kangen water machine as we were told it would.

great filtration system
water tastes amazing. love the filter. The top bracket was damaged in shipping and I called and was told to email photos. Emailed 2x, but havent gotten a reply yet. 5 stars for the filter, 3 stars for customer service.
