The "Ion Clean Machine" uses magnetically driven pumps for semi-corrosive chemicals and solutions and has a robust and long-lasting design. Polypropylene, ceramic, and Buna-N components are used in these pumps to provide good wear and trouble-free operation.
It is very important to clean your machine often. This simple maintenance will help your machine produce the highest quality water and will keep it working for many years. The biggest issue for the performance of a water ionizer is mineral build up, also known as “scale”. The majority of this build up is caused by the calcium in the water source. You may be familiar with the term “hard water”; this means there is a high concentration of minerals in the water and, unfortunately, most of the public water supply has hard water. This makes cleaning the machines even more important!

Worst ever!!! Recently purchased an Ion Clean Machine Pro. Had issue with the unit leaking. I made several contact via messenger, facebook, emails. Not a single person responded. Completely dead quiet. The worst I have ever come across. The Ion clean machine pro isn't cheap. It cost about $400 USD. Website says there is a warranty and return policy for any faulty unit is acceptable but I can't contact anyone. It feels like this is another scam, back yard setup. Very disappointed. I want my money back. I can buy somewhere else with better quality and better customer service or at least legit.

Ion machine clean pro
My machine works great however when I received it the blue plastic lever on the on/off switch was broken. The delivery box was not damaged at all so I can only assume whoever packed it broke it. I cant find a replacement on the website so far either. I would appreciate hearing from someone at Ionfaucet to either send me the replacement part.

Great tool!!
We have used our new Pro machine to clean our ionizer as well as our daughter's and it seems to be doing a great job. My only suggestion for improvement would be more specific instructions on solution mixture, description of how the process will look and how many times you may need to repeat the process. We called and got excellent help from your customer support but I would have appreciated more details in your instruction booklet. Thanks!!

This is an excellent piece of equipment and does a n excellent in cleaning ionizers. It can run for extended periods without overheating making it very good for cleaning multiple units at a time
