The "Ion Clean Machine" uses magnetically driven pumps for semi-corrosive chemicals and solutions and has a robust and long-lasting design. Polypropylene, ceramic, and Buna-N components are used in these pumps to provide good wear and trouble-free operation.
It is very important to clean your machine often. This simple maintenance will help your machine produce the highest quality water and will keep it working for many years. The biggest issue for the performance of a water ionizer is mineral build up, also known as “scale”. The majority of this build up is caused by the calcium in the water source. You may be familiar with the term “hard water”; this means there is a high concentration of minerals in the water and, unfortunately, most of the public water supply has hard water. This makes cleaning the machines even more important!

Had to return the machine the tank was INLINE with the pump and the tank was cracked at the inlet connection, prepackaged inspection should have seen that the tank was not straight and inline with the pump? I would like to promote this product to others ?

This machine works quite well. However, there is one thing I would modify. For ease of use, I would "cut out" one of the other sections on the plastic lid so that you would have an opening to place each of the two pieces that are placed in the water tank. Thank you.

Excellent quality and assistance
I wanted to get a quality cleaning machine for my Enagic SD501. Thanks to "Dawn" for assisting me on the under cabinet filters I needed to help us with any local water issues.

Shipping / order
I placed this order in Las Vegas . It seems to be order got past shipping took 7 Days Got a shipping label to return due to damage. Would not mail me another unit out . The ok that I received damage and repaired it . I did not buy a repaired unit . Then did shipping label on ocr 23 never shipped until 25 then say it is priority 3 day ... this has been going from sept 29 - it is oct 29 and I still dona''t have a cleaner . And as I request a new one they are sending me a repaired under t that has never been used . I have always had great served from IonFaucet , I am not sure what the problem was / or is .

Clean Machine pro
The machine itself is great. When I purchased it though I told them we would be picking it up and they had it in and sold it so when we went to pick it up we then had to wait another week to get a new one and drive back to fountain valley to get it. I would say that wasnt''t fun. We were buying other things so they tried to make it up by giving us multiple disxounts which I appreciated but I would have preferred to have my machine there when i went to get it.

Clean machine pro
The presentation of the Clean Machine on your site showed a drain plug on the front. Same with the photo in the instruction book. Mine did not have one. If you've changed the unit to eliminate the drain plug, you should, at the least, include an explanation of that in the shipping box with the unit to eliminate confusion.
